My MailWriter
When a user registers, he/she gives MailWriter permission to inform the user of discounts and/or special deals through e-mail and/or postal mail. Data submitted by a user to MailWriter shall not be used for any other purpose than the purpose mentioned in this article and execution of the order.
Data
To place an order on MailWriter it is necessary that the user submits data to MailWriter. During and after visiting the website MailWriter can collect personal data about the user directly and/or indirectly. Hereunder is explained why the data is processed, what rights the users have, and how these rights can be executed.
1. The data of the user and the recipient as well as the data related to content and lay-out of the order shall solely be used for executing the order and optimization of service(s).
2. MailWriter does not keep track of which browser each visitor uses. To optimize service(s) MailWriter uses anonymous statistical data about the use of the website.
3. MailWriter uses transaction data to prevent misuse of its service(s). The data necessary for registering at MailWriter becomes property of MailWriter and will not be sold or provided to third parties. The data is saved in a file; which is subject to the Dutch law Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (Protection of personal data). The data will exclusively be used to execute MailWriter service(s) and sending of commercial messages.
4. The submitted orders and uploaded files of customers will not be read and/or viewed by MailWriter. The order is handled completely automatically in a closed system.
5. The user gives permission to MailWriter to process (personal) data. The user is at any time allowed to file objection against the processing of his/her personal data. This privacy statement is not applicable to websites of third parties linked to the website of MailWriter.
Cookies
MailWriter makes use of cookies. A Cookie is a small simple file with data which is saved on the users computers hard disk. These cookies do not contain personal data and are solely used to increase the usability of the website for the user. If the user has switched off the use of cookies he/she is still able to use all features of the website. MailWriter is allowed to make changes to this privacy statement. Therefore we recommend reviewing the privacy statement regularly so that the user is aware of possible changes.
